Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Scott Payne for all his advice assistance and ideas on building my first dream home. We had a few issues with finances to begin with but with Scott going above and beyond in getting these kinks ironed out we got there in the end and I am now in my first home in the awesome estate called Whitby.

Scott Payne is a superb agent. He has been the best and the most honest person to deal with. A man of his words. From the day I met him and till the day my house got completed. Scott has been my back bone through it all. He was and is my main contact. His customer service is 5 Stars. What can I say he is definitely a mind reader as his design for my house is amazing. My friends and family still can believe that Scott managed to come up with an amazing design which makes the house look bigger and spacious. House is very smartly designed. From the kitchen to the bedroom and to every space and storage, I can’t seem to fault anything. I am very happy with Scott for helping me through this amazing process. I also had a building inspector check the house for me and even in his report he couldn’t come up with any major faults.
