Scott Payne - Co founder and Bunbury Specialist
Previously based in Perth, Scott studied Business at Curtin University and in 2014 embarked on the building, design, and finance industry before the launch of Rent Busters Perth in 2018. Scott has now returned to Bunbury, where he was born and raised, to expand the brand to the South-West region. Scott is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and specializes in finding finance solutions for clients who previously struggled to purchase their own home. Scott is a keen soccer player, having worked his way up through the ranks to seniors with the Bayswater City Soccer Club and still loves to have a kick of the ball with his friends in his downtime. When he is not spending time with his family, you will find Scott practicing Jiu-Jitsu, riding his motorbikes, or working on and restoring classic cars.

Peter Jenkins Busselton, Dunsborough & Margaret River specialist
Peter spent his early childhood growing up in the beachside city of Bunbury and then relocated to Perth to study year 11 & 12. He then went on to further his education and received a Bachelor of Science at the University of western Australia (Honours in Natural Resource Management). Whilst at University, he gained vital experience while working for a retaining wall & paving company. In 2012, Peter entered the building and construction industry, gaining experience in scaffolding & completions. In 2018, he commenced project coordination in the mining sector as well as a building & finance consultant for a residential builder. Peter has recently successfully completed building his very own abode in an owner-builder capacity – demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Peter has a genuine passion for construction, designing, and assisting people on the journey from renting to homeownership. Returning home to the south-west of WA to live – due to the love of the south-west region & the amazing lifestyle it can offer. In his off time, you will find Peter at the beach or in the gym training with mates.

Dean Burns - Co founder and Perth Specialist
Meet Dean, a highly respected building consultant & co-founder, with involvement in construction since 2010. Originally from Geelong, he moved to Perth in search for regular sunshine- yes, a mad Cats supporter. Having worked for himself since 1995, he balances his time at work with his family, being a devoted father. Dean leads projects from inception to delivery with a deep understanding & experience, ensuring they surpass expectations. Notably insightful, his understanding of regulatory environments and design intricacies sets him apart In the construction sector, Dean is a valuable asset because of his ability to blend knowledge and vision, whether advising on construction intricacies or managing projects.
